We’re excited to have the opportunity for a driven and focused leader to join our team.

Your Role

This role will focus on the research, development and maintenance of the company’s education software and content products.

You will lead and drive our software and content development teams in creating a best in class content delivery platform and content educational materials.

Skills and Experience

Your strength will be in your capability to lead teams to successful outcomes while ensuring that your people are happy and confident in what they do.

Ideally you will have a background that gives you the ability to understand how software development principles and techniques relate to the design, delivery and production of SaaS based services and products.

Your people leadership skills, and your ability to collaborate and communicate across our global teams will stand you out from the crowd!

We’re excited about you because you’ll bring :

  • A technical or computer science background is beneficial but not essential
  • Background in Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Experience leading successful, high performing development teams
  • Good understanding of project management and development methodologies.
