    We are currently seeking a talented Business Systems Managerto join our recently created IS Leadership Team. This is an excitingopportunity for an experienced, hands-on, results-focused and problem solving professional to provide projectdelivery, business analysis expertiseand engagement across the organisation.

    You will be crucial to deliveringstrategic technology solutions to align with the organisation's strategicobjectives as well as a wide range of transformation projects that are part ofa 5-year roadmap, including the replacement of core business systems such asData Warehouse / Analytics and ERP.

    Reporting to the Group IS Manager, in your role you'll beleading a team of four, providing technical and project leadership in acollaborative and inclusive manner that ensures the delivery of quality ISservices.

    Key responsibilities of this role include but are notlimited to :

  • Projectand change leadership for various transformation projects with focus on keybusiness systems
  • Productownership for a solutions portfolio (including 2nd / 3rd levelsupport typically with involvement of 3rd party vendors)
  • Managementand monitoring of vendor SLAs
  • Businesspartnership to solve problems and drive innovation
  • Continuousimprovement of methodologies, tools / solutions and processes including ourSolution Delivery Framework
  • Leadershipand development of a successful Business Systems Team
  • Our Ideal Candidate :

    This lead role will require a highly experiencedprofessional with IS expertise and broad operational and strategic exposure,preferably within a medium to large FMCG business.

    Key attributes required :

  • Tertiaryqualification in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline
  • TeamManagement experience with proven success in leading and developing a team of BusinessSystems Analysts and Project Managers
  • Minimumof 10 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst / Project Management role,ideally in medium to large FMCG businesses
  • Demonstratedability to lead medium to large projects typically ranging from $50k to $700kin a Project Manager capacity
  • Minimumof 5 years' project management and change leadership experience with provenability to run multiple transformation projects
  • Projectmanagement training or certification (Prince2, PMI, Kanban, Agile or similar)
  • Demonstratedexperience with business systems like ERP, CRM, Data Analytics, e-Commerce,Integrations and cloud platforms is an advantage
  • Strongvendor management skills including vendor negotiations
  • Stronginfluential, motivational, strategic and interpersonal skills with provenability to develop effective internal and external relationships at all levels
  • Goodcommunication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate businessneeds into IS specifications
  • Strongorganisational skills and demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • Goodbusiness and financial acumen with fluency in managing project budgets
