  • We are looking for a commercial astute operations manager to lead the Wellington practice. You will also be apart of the National SLT and support the overall business.

    This nationally focused commercial architectural services, office interior design and project management consultancy is looking for a Commercial Area Manager to lead operations for their Wellington practice.

    Reporting in to the MD that oversee's all locations, this role sits on the senior leadership team nationally and will an have operational focus on the Wellington Practice.

    You will lead and co-ordinate the sales activity across the lines of service, this will be in-conjunction with service leaders.

    You will help to co-ordinate and manage the formal proposals for tendering of business as well as commercial pricing for all services.

    Working with service leaders you will oversee resource allocation to projects and manage costs and spends on projects to ensure quality outcomes are financially viable.

    Managing and maintaining accuracy of cash forecasting model and monthly revenue forecast is also a critical activity.

    As a leader of the national SLT, you will drive operational objectives from the annual regional plan. Monitoring key performance measure across the business and ensure all service metrics, policies and procedures are adhere to.

    This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term basis to cover maternity, however with the growth nature of this business there could be further opportunities to consider.

    We are looking for a commercially astute, operational leader that has direct experience in property design, architectural services and office interior design.

    You will have proven operational management experience, which will include managing financials, pricing an resource allocation as well as overall people and performance management.

    This role will suit a candidate that has capacity to pick up a number of operational areas, someone that can lead an overall service and co-

    ordinate key activities at regional and national level as well as continue to improve processes, policies and procedures.
