The Product Design team is a vital part of Xero’s success and our product makes a meaningful difference in the lives and businesses of millions people around the world.
We have some really awesome humans in our design practice, working across Xero’s products internationally.Globally we are a team 140+ practitioners (and growing!), spanning across NZ, AU, UK, USA and Canada.
Within the design function we have 5 main areas, Product design, Design Research, Design Operations, Accessibility and Service Design.
We are all one team and as a result work cross functionally with our development and product teammates in order to create the most beautiful and enjoyable experiences for our customers.
Where does this role fit in? The Technical Digital Accessibility Analyst will report directly into our Head of Digital Accessibility Laila Coulton.
The Xero Digital Accessibility team is a critical cross-business team, who enable Xero to design, develop and deliver inclusive products.
Sitting within the amazing Xero Design team, Digital Accessibility is perfectly placed to ensure all design is inclusive and has all types of users in mind.
We are a brand new team, starting off as a team of 3 with plans to grow. About the role The Technical Digital Accessibility Analyst will work with the Head of Digital Accessibility to review Xero products against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
With an in-depth understanding of how to resolve complex digital accessibility problems you'll work closely with our Design and Engineering teams to deliver inclusive products for our customers.
