Your New Role
You’ll be leading the drainage installation component of our projects in the civil infrastructure space.
You’ll be registered / certified with extensive experience in drainlaying on large infrastructure projects. We’re also looking for the following :
Preferred 2-5 years’ experience operating 5t 13t excavators
Ability to work unsupervised with a positive work attitude
Willing to work 10-12 hour days and weekends
Understand safe work practices pertaining to an earthworks / civils environment
Can make difficult decisions quickly and thoughtfully when under pressure
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, operations outside of general duties
Willing to assist with maintenance, clean-up and anything else that requires attention, as directed by the Site Supervisor or Manager
Can identify potential hazards in and around the work area
Flexibility to relocate depending on where projects are would be advantageous
As part of our recruitment process you’ll need to complete an on-site work trial so we can assess your operating skills.
You should be willing to work in any weather conditions as well as working Saturdays and shift work if required.
