Auckland City, Auckland-37470Your Impact : An opportunity has arisen for a Franchise systems and Process Support person within Fonterra Brands!The role will focus on supporting the development and improvement of the Anchor Franchise system, supporting the team to ensure they run smoothly and offer optimal performance.
This is a critical role within our Franchise Team and you’ll be responsible for the day to day support and operational effectiveness of the overall Franchise system and processes.
With a focus on creating efficiencies, system and process improvement in the franchise network to assist to achieve sustainable profitable sales and optimise operations, you’ll also hold the following key accountabilities : Support National Franchise Manager with franchisee recruitment, sale and purchase process, renewals, new term and overall Franchise policy developmentDrive network business performance improvement through system & process development and documentationSupport and develop documentation of internal and external full end to end business processes, training guides and manuals to drive business improvementManage Franchise Suppliers and procurement deals for Franchisees (unlocking buyer power)Support Franchise team with administrative tasks e.
g Conference planning, manual paymentsAbout you : You will have experience supporting franchisee systems, or come from a strong support background covering SAP and other systems.
Your exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail and written and verbal skills will be key.You will be proficient working with the Microsoft Suite including, PowerPoint, Work and Excel, as will the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is key.
