Goode Brothers is seeking a full-time Head Chef Brand Lead who knows how to lead a top-notch kitchen and is ready to expand their experience to cover multiple sites, working with Head Chefs’ in the other two locations to manage their teams, lead training and development, alongside the usual kitchen management rostering, maintenance, Health & Safety.
This is a hands on role every day on the pans, working weekends and evenings leading the team! As Head Chef you will be accountable for your own establishment, working operationally with your team to achieve your KPI’s.
Working alongside the Executive Chef and Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead on developing the Goode Brothers menu, analysing the performance and taking quality, consistency and cost into account while building a menu full of best-sellers.
An experienced Head Chef, you’ll be no stranger to collaborating with senior Chef’s, managing wage and food costs within budgets, organising prep and leading a team of professionals.
You will need to be flexible and have the willingness to travel as we operate around the clock and the Goode Brothers Brand operates across multiple sites.
You’ll also have the following attributes :
A flair for food, menu design and presentation, able to develop a full menu that suits the brand.
An organised and systematic approach to kitchen management.
Strong leadership experience and great holistic people practices.
Strong financial acumen, experience managing food and wage costs to budget.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication and literacy skills.
Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure.
Sound working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
