    What you'll be doing

    Supporting the Finance Team and acting as back-up for Reception, you will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and reception and information service to clients and visitors.

    You will provide general office and administrative support to Finance and Facilities and to OfficeMax teams with a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and effectiveness.

    Your day to day tasks will include : invoice management, email management, facilities support, back up to front line reception during breaks, data input to SharePoint and relevant databases.

    You will also support the travel team on occasion with travel bookings and queries.

    About you

    Customer service centric with excellent communication skills, you will be comfortable representing the OfficeMax brand in a part-time, front line reception capacity.

    You will be process orientated and have the ability to learn new systems quickly, familiarising yourself with SharePoint and Excel spreadsheets to upload and update content.

    Detail focused, you will have strong numerical and verbal attributes and be effective at planning, prioritising and problem solving.

    Expected hours of work will be 10.00am to 2.30pm including a 30min unpaid lunch break. You will also be flexible to cover reception full time (40 hours per week) whilst the full time Receptionist is on leave.
