We are looking for a talented business analyst to work with our product and payment processing partners to define and release a new suite of payment and banking products.

You will be an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated individual willing to assist in working with our payment processing partners, and developing, and maintaining our card payment product.

You will be experienced in working in an Agile Software environment, developing, implementing, and maintaining great software solutions, from definition through to defining processes, and procedures.

Our environments comply with the highest security standards, you will ideally be familiar with banking and payment security and compliance.


The ability to lead the business requirements definition of Youtap’s payment processing partner implementation from requirements, through solution design and implementation.

Working with Development, Product, Management, Architecture, and Program Management to make it happen.

Document business requirements, processes, and solution designs including functional and non-functional requirement analysis, use cases, business rules, user stories, and customer propositions.

Identify and document any required changes / gaps and communicate them to the relevant third parties / colleagues.

Prepare documentation as it relates to the current state vs the future state.

Work with partners and coordinate responses to partners

Work in an Agile methodology.

Strategic Thinking Considers the longer-term impact of day-to-day decisions. Considers the requirements and goals of the business when prioritizing day-to-day work and projects.

Accountability Takes ownership of issues to get resolutions that benefit the business.

Problem Solving and Analysis Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data is required. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Teamwork and Collaboration High sense of ownership and urgency with experience in working in and coordinating a team to get the job done and deliver upon the objectives and goals of the business.


2 years+ business analysis experience, preferably in payments, banking, software environment

Experience using project and issue tracking software, i.e. Jira

Experience in the software development process, working directly with developers testers and non-technical stakeholders in a scrum framework

Ability to present product designs and solutions to various stakeholders

Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis.

Excellent communication and collaborative team working skills.

Experience with working with partners and coordinating multiple vendors.

Ability to conduct training or Show & Tell sessions.
