You will be able to demonstrate :

Significant experience in a Personal assistant or senior Administration role.
An exceptional level of confidentiality is maintained at all times.
A high level of Whakawhānaungatanga (hospitality)
Software skills, including Windows and Microsoft office programs; Outlook (electronic mail), Word (word processing), PowerPoint, and Excel (Spread sheeting).
Effective time management and organisation skills an energetic approach to work and is self-motivated
Proficiency in report and correspondence writing
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people.
Knowledge of, and practices in a manner that is consistent with, the Treaty of Waitangi in the provision of health care services and support to Māori clients and their whānau.
Conflict Resolution skills.
Your willingness to be flexible and adaptable
