If you are someone who sees change as opportunity then we are keen to hear from you. The newly established Workplace Services Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) is establishing a portfolio management approach to property management across our business.
We are seeking a proven leader who knows how to help Property Portfolio managers deliver property services to significant business units across Te Tari Taiwhenua.

This is an exciting newly established role where you will provide the direction required for the establishment and operation of a Portfolio Management approach to significant diverse property assets.
You will also be leading a team of Property Managers to deliver property solutions to the business, with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will have proven experience in the following areas :
Implementation and delivery of a Portfolio Management function
Leading a high performing Property team
Experience in management of internal stakeholders and business owners
Experience in strategy setting, management of risks and benefits and prioritising activity
Working legislative and operational policy frameworks within a service delivery context
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is required
