Key requirements for the role include :

  • A current LCQ / Duty Manager's licence
  • A minimum of 1 years hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
  • A good understanding of opening / closing venues & cashing up
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Competency on the bar & floor
  • Good food & beverage knowledge
  • To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
  • To be comfortable under pressure
