Key requirements for the role include :
A current LCQ / Duty Manager's licence
A minimum of 1 years hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
A good understanding of opening / closing venues & cashing up
Experience managing and leading a team
Competency on the bar & floor
Good food & beverage knowledge
To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
To be comfortable under pressure
