About the Role

Our Delivery Leads are responsible for managing cloud adoption, digital innovation and business transformation projects and programmes.

Requiring a high degree of collaboration, this role will be a significant contributor to building culture of delivery excellence across our Cloud Transformation business.

Our Delivery Leads draw on their delivery consultancy, project management, product management and Scrum experience to ensure our customers get the best possible outcome, tailoring our delivery approach to their requirements.

You will be key to continuing our delivery of excellence for our customers and should be an experienced practitioner in Agile principles and techniques, as well as traditional delivery methods to drive continuous delivery for our clients.

Project Delivery

Be a servant leader of an established delivery teams and squads, optimising their processes to help the teams do their best work and be customer focused

Interfacing and collaborating with our customers on a daily basis

Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives with your teams and our customers, while proactively removing impediments to progress

People management, work collaboratively with your teams to set meaningful goals and objectives

Lead complex projects with your teams by planning, directing, and coordinating the project objectives, while also considering and mitigating any potential risk

Managing exciting new projects that are on the Backlog

Facilitate Scrum processes or other Agile methodologies (Lean, Kanban etc) as required

Providing Project Management support for your projects so that customers have visibility of their budgets, risks, and schedules

Working with your delivery teams and squads to ensure they have all the tools they need to perform at their best

Experience / Qualifications

Significant experience in contemporary project management

Agile methodology : Lean, Kanban, SAFe & Scrum

Traditional project management methods

Delivery experience across both Public & Private sector, with Cloud and Business Transformation

Stakeholder management, communications and reporting

Current certifications in some of above is expected as well as Project Management certifications
