Have advanced communication and influencing skills gained in a previous B2B role
Be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully winning new business
Have the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
Have high computer literacy including experience using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint & Excel, CRMs and using an iPad / Tablet.

What you will do
You will take total ownership and responsibility for each store and distributor in your area. This includes gaining range expansion, merchandising of product & displays and training store staff with all our product and services.
Specifically, you will :
Increase market share by utilising programs that will appropriately target customers and end users
Maintain regular calls to stores by creating and following a daily call cycle plan for your assigned territory.
Train stores and distributors on major accounts.
Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition at Stanley Black & Decker
