    ADHB Women’s Health supports 6,500 births annually, and provides national and regional services, as well as primary, secondary and tertiary maternity and gynaecological services to women.

    There are established subspecialty services in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynaecological Oncology, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

    The hospital has a close association with the Auckland University Faculty of Health Sciences and has a leading role in research, undergraduate teaching and post-graduate training.

    Our secondary maternity service works as a multiprofessional team including obstetricians, midwives and allied health workers and we interface with primary care and tertiary services to provide the best care for pregnant people and their babies.
