Check out this video for a quick peak at our office, our people and product!We're a team of over 45 talented people with offices in both Auckland and Osaka, and we're now looking for a Finance Manager to join us and support the delivery of IMAGR’s financial strategy, leading all day-to-day accounting operations and overall helping to establish a world-class finance function.

Prepare month end reporting, understand key drivers and implications, and communicate with insight and clarity to the senior leadership team.
Work with our Head of Finance and other relevant team leaders to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts.Identify and implement processes and controls that will allow the finance function to scale as we grow globally.
Prepare external financial reporting (financial statements, quarterly investor accounts etc.).Assist with the capital raise process.
Plus step outside of your role when needed and contribute as part of the wider IMAGR team to achieve organisational objectives.
In a nutshell, this role is an opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with our Head of Finance to grow and develop a well-oiled Finance machine - from the ground up! Sound exciting?
We'd love to hear from you!RequirementsHere's what we think you'll need to hit the ground running : At least 4 years relevant professional experience plus CA / CPA qualification.
Experience with management reporting, forecasting and annual compliance and strong systems skills (like Xero ecosystem & Excel).
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. You'll be partnering with lots of different areas of IMAGR, so the ability to translate financial and accounting jargon to language that non-finance people understand is really important.
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.Committed to continuous improvement and demonstrated success implementing best practice and driving efficiencies.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to get the most out of both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to simultaneously attend to details while not losing sight of the big picture.
A real team player that shares knowledge and will fit in with the IMAGR culture and valuesLikes change, lots of change.Comfortable working in a global environment (experience : even better!).
