The opportunity During your tenure as Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of external audit clients ranging in size.
You will develop effective business relationships with clients, and mentor and train audit teams in delivering quality audits.
You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas :

Influencing clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with senior people.
Leveraging a deep understanding of audit and risk advisory services and stakeholder needs to deliver high quality engagements.
Providing appropriate guidance to the audit team in relation to the application of tools, guidance and methodology in delivering the audit.
Proactively managing the project plan through efficient use of resources and tracking delivery of assigned tasks, guiding team members' prioritisation.
Understanding their business security, ethical and compliance responsibilities, displaying best practice and actively encouraging appropriate behaviours of engagement teams
Full member of CAANZ (or equivalent).
Proven ability as an Audit Assistant Manager / Manager at least 3-5 years within Audit in a dynamic and fast-paced audit environment.
Ideally from a Big 4 / large professional services firm.
Demonstrate experience in leading & managing staff on several audit engagements concurrently.
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) expertise.
Ability to demonstrate management flair, drive and identify business development opportunities.
EMS experience is preferable.
