About the Role
Provide a seamless, accurate and expert one stop travel service while ensuring an excellent customer experience every time.
The position is sales oriented and involves working towards sales and customer experience targets.
Provide a seamless customer experience to encourage repeat business and the development of a loyal and growing customer base
Interact with customers using our dedicated systems and processes
To maintain up to date records which are accurate and able to be understood in your absence
Complete all paperwork relating to a clients’ bookings including checking and collating documentation
Work within a team to achieve sales targets & incentives
About You :
A proven background in the travel industry
Extensive travel experience - You’ll be a globe trotter who has an incurable case of the travel bug, demonstrated of course by having visited a variety of overseas destinations
A capacity to evaluate facts and information and make decisions, including analysing associated problems, based on those facts
