Launched in New York in 2016, after the successful appointment by Proctor & Gamble and AT&T shortly thereafter, Hearts offers a differentiated people, process and technology-driven approach to clients, challenging existing agency models to drive greater ROI and leveraging the OMNI audience platform.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Account Manager to work across a blue chip client in a role that will see you supporting the development of media strategy and plans whilst taking ownership for the impeccable implementation of campaigns.

  • The people who will flourish at Hearts are fluent in digital, interested in using data to inform and technology platforms to enable. More specifically;
  • You'll ideally have around 18+ months' experience and have a strong knowledge of media and the New Zealand media landscape.
  • You appreciate how digital interacts with traditional and have a working knowledge of both.
  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills. You're able to work effectively with both with your direct teams but also internal and external stakeholders.
  • You're numerate, accurate and have good attention to detail. You demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a naturally curious approach to work, and you challenge your client and peers when you feel it appropriate, able to articulate yourself with a clear point of view
  • You're hard working, motivated with high energy and an approachable manner
  • You will have a tenacious approach to self-learning & development.
