Summer is just around the corner and Tahuna Beach Holiday Park is gearing up to host holiday makers from around NZ. Established on 54 acres of beachfront parkland, and with the capacity to accommodate up to 3,000 people, they are planning to be busy this summer.
To help provide the best possible service to all their customers they are on the lookout for some customer service reps to join their team.
These roles will be responsible for a wide range of customer service tasks from meeting and checking in customers, updating information in the reservations systems, showing campers to their sites, through to helping out at mini golf.
These roles are predominantly fixed term to cover the summer months but there are a number of permanent part time and full time roles available.
You’ll also have the chance to pick up extra shifts as it gets super busy over the summer months. These roles involve rostered shifts which will include evening and weekend work.
You’ll be quick on the uptake and system savvy to make sure that all the relevant information is collected and updated in the right place at the right time.
You will genuinely enjoy engaging with people and have an open and approachable interpersonal style and adaptability to put your hand up for whatever may come your way.
You may have customer service experience or have worked on a busy reception but most importantly you’ll bring a positive, practical, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to be flexible in terms of hours and tasks.
