The Digital Application Services teams are responsible for supporting the majority of applications that Northern Region clinical and administrative staff use every day to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare.

If you've ever been admitted to a hospital or visited a GP, chances are one or more of these applications would have been used during your care.

Te Whiwhinga Mahi The Opportunity

  • 2nd / 3rd Level technical application support for all clinical and business system users
  • Operational overview of the design, installation and support services for hA managed applications and the middleware integration layer that supports interoperability between the key hospital systems
  • A technical lead on getting project solution ready for production
  • Active participant in recommending and implementing architectural & infrastructure changes
  • Enhancing performance and / or increasing resilience within our applications

    We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with a passion in delivering high quality service with 5+ years' experience

  • 2nd / 3rd level Technical Support and testing of Clinical / Business application solutions
  • Software specific configuration
  • Technical guidance and leadership on entire project lifecycle
  • Exposure to tools such as eGate, MuleSoft, SCOM, Elastic and Bluestrip
  • Development of solutions exposing Restful Web Services, APIs etc
  • Data administration and maintaining data integrity
  • Implementing software releases
  • Automation and Scripting to improve service quality, Microsoft SQL Server queries
