About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Contact Platform Specialist who will be responsible for technology support services, troubleshooting and repair, design and developing Genesys PureCloud, the telephony platform used across several business units in the bank.
In this role you'll require an acute understanding of Contact Centre technologies and the associated suite of products, ideally including Verint WFM.
To be successful in this role, you'll need :
Automatic Call Distribution software experience (essential)
Acute understanding of Contact Centre technologies and associated suite of products
WFM knowledge essential, with Verint and / or PureCloud WFM system expertise (desirable)
Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise (preferred)
Degree level qualified (preferred)
Technical support background in a Genesys PureCloud environment (preferred)
Technical experience including understanding underpinning cloud infrastructure and multi-channel deployment is highly advantageous
Blended Contact Centre and / or multi-channel integration expertise would be an asset
Well organized, able to multi-task and work unsupervised
Time flexible, including rotational on call
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to operate work in a dynamic, and flexing environment
