Position SpecificationsMinimum of 2 years’ experience working with and supporting rangatahi / whānau to achieve aspirationsDemonstrated facilitation, planning and / or coordination experienceDemonstrated experience with client management systemsDemonstrated advocacyDemonstrated knowledge of community and service networks in the Waitakere regionExperienced in kaupapa Māori approaches and an empathy for own and other culturesFamiliar with the Whānau Ora outcomes frameworkAble to maintain a caseload of up to 10 rangatahi (at any one time) and connect them to the relevant education and / or employment pathway.
Excellent interpersonal skillsCompetent using Microsoft office suite and other applications relevant to the roleHigh level of systems and IT literacy (client management systems)High level of energy, innovation, self-
