The positionWe are currently looking for a highly-motivated individual who will bring passion, enthusiasm and commitment to this important claims management role.

As next level support, you will be responsible for providing essential information and assistance to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of personal injury claims.

To be successful in this role you will maintain excellent customer relationships, have high-quality communication skills and second-to-none’ attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities will include : Managing a portfolio of work and non-work related injury claims, providing information and assistance to injured employees and their employersDeveloping and maintaining professional relationships with injured employees, employers and providersMaking clinical assessments of injuries and determining the appropriate level of entitlements within the provisions of the ActArranging case conferences and claims reviewsEnsuring compliance with legislationThe personWe want you to be successful, therefore as a minimum you’ll need : Ideally, at least 12 months’ insurance industry or ACC experienceYou will be familiar with process improvement and have a strong background in customer serviceFantastic communication skills, allowing you to build an easy rapport with customers and your colleaguesGreat time management where you can demonstrate you can juggle multiple priorities with easeBe computer and systems savvyPositive and hard-working attitudeBenefits & CultureWhen you join the Gallagher Bassett team, you’ll be joining a culture of best practice, partnership, success and fun!
