The Principal Land Development Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Land Development Engineering Team Leader in providing leadership to the Land Development Team members with managing job allocation, sourcing expert advice and undertaking quality review functions enabling the team to meet their objectives.

You will be the principal reference for the Land Development Team on the day-to-day implementation of the Waikato District Plan and the Resource Management Act.

You will work with consent planners, developers and their agents on providing technical expertise on engineering requirements for subdivision of land and land-use changes.
