    The Role :

    The Change and Problem Lead will support the ICT department in the development, implementation, operation and administration of Service Delivery processes and systems to ensure optimum operational effectiveness and services.

    We are looking for someone who has been in a change role for at least a couple years, who can take ownership of the internal requests and coordinate with teams to ensure resolution.

    You will be leading the change advisory meetings and have the ability to identify issues and problems that may impact on achievement of ICT service delivery as well as the ability to implement problem resolutions and improvements.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the change management processes by managing and coordinating the planning of requests and work programme, ensuring that all key stakeholders are informed and completing necessary actions to ensure the effective and timely implementation of the change request.
  • Oversee and play a key role in the problem management processes by holding the repository of open and ongoing cases; coordinating incident review meetings, completing investigations and post incident reviews and reporting so as to assist with the efficient resolution of issue and to contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
  • Manage the ICT / Digital Risk register
  • Contribute to continuous service and process improvement by reviewing and updating policies and documentation, identifying issues and completing root cause analysis and ensuring debriefings occur and learnings recorded.
  • Undertake drafting, word processing and compilation of reports, statistics and correspondence / communications; complete other general administrative duties including general office functions as required
  • Build and maintain proactive and constructive relationships with all members, senior managers, customers, vendors, suppliers and any other internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and support
  • Key Skills & Requirements :

  • 2+ years experience in a change role or similar role.
  • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to undertake a range of tasks associated with the specification, development and implementation and maintenance of ICT initiatives
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team environment, coordinate efforts with other team members and lead and support team members.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate with a broad range of internal and external groups.
