CARTERS National Support Office has a great opportunity for a self-motivated, multitasking administration super star for our National Support Office Administrator role.
The demands of the job are broad and varied and you'll be responsible for but not limited to :
Administrative support to the wider business
Health and safety administrative duties
Providing accurate reporting to the business
Undertaking project work requested by management
Arranging general maintenance of building amenities
Ownership and ongoing management of the Document Control system
Overseeing contractor documentation
KEEN TO NAIL THIS?
The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set :
Process-driven with an eye for detail
Your computer skills will prove their worth in the speed and accuracy of your data entry
A skilled administrator who is adept at managing their time, with proven ability to work well under pressure and comfortable undertaking a variety of projects
Strong at building relationships across and outside the business
Building industry knowledge or experience is preferred, but not essential. More importantly, you'll have proven experience within your field
