SAP Success Factors New Zealand are looking for an Employee Central Payroll Consultant to join our Wellington based SuccessFactors team.

This is a great opportunity to join the leader in HXM Cloud Technology.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

  • Application and process specific solution consulting for Employee Central Payroll
  • Assist in the creation of solution design document, configuration workbooks.
  • Perform configuration based on solution design document and configuration workbooks and unit testing of built solution
  • Key user training, go live support, and post go live support
  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
  • Support in escalated projects
  • Support of pre-sales activities
  • Define detailed design for development requirements
  • Demonstrating basic knowledge of modelling standards and tools
  • Functional Experience

  • Has experience of Employee Central Payroll Implementations or several full cycle ECC 6.0 NZ Payroll Implementations
  • Has experience of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
  • Has experience integrating to third party Time & Attendances solutions
  • Understands the Business Process Library approach
  • Knowledge of Model Company approach and Best Practices (where applicable)
  • Knowledge of NZ specific legal requirements, leave accrual requirements and how to configure this within the payroll solution
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers and clients to drive the right outcomes
  • Managerial Experience

  • Coordinates customer project members
  • Education

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • ECP Associate SuccessFactors certification
  • SAP HR400 training successfully completed or similar
