ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you looking for a role where you get to work with a variety of projects and sizes and will be given career development opportunities?
You will be responsible for all site based activities, quality control, and organizing sub-contractors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinate subcontractors, suppliers and service providers to achieve programme
Working through design issues with the project team, contractors, clients and consultants
Running daily pre-start meetings, inductions, and weekly co-ordination meetings
Cary out Quality Assurance checks
Mentor junior Site Managers, Foreman, and tradespeople
Manage the Health and Safety on site (with support from the HSQE Coordinator) in line with the company policy
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Exceptional planning and co-ordination ability
High Attention to detail
Thorough understanding of commercial construction techniques and standards
Work with an ambitious high performing team
Exciting and challenging projects, in a growth business
