About the role
We are looking for a part - time PatientAdministration Clerk with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. As part of this role you will be providing clerical support to assist with the effective running for the service (appointment schedule and waiting list management, referral management) and patient focussed functions (reception and patient enquiries).
We would encourage you to apply if you are a good communicator and are able to show sensitivity in different situations as you will be dealing with a range of people including the general public and hospital staff.
You will need to have an understanding of the privacy act.
