Greenpeace Whānau are looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to come on-board and to be part of our established Technology Team.
With the implementation of the latest digital technology, we have now laid the foundation for our digital journey. This newly created role will have the opportunity to guide and provide insights in order to further develop our Agile team capabilities, and to ensure that we are focused on producing quality solutions, aiding in inspiring digital campaigns and activism.
The BA / Scrum Master will work along with the Product Owner to understand the business requirements and identify the opportunities to enhance our capabilities to engage with our wonderful supporters.
You will be a natural problem solver and clear communicator with an eye for detail. In this role, you will be committed to collaboration, resolving roadblocks and promoting Agile principles and practices.

Key Tasks
Translate high-level business requirements into easy to understand functional requirements for the dev team.
Analyze requirements and business impact using problem statements, stories, systems modeling and user scenarios to deliver successful initiatives.
Support Product Owner (PO) in investigations to explore new initiative utilization and user impacts to ensure maximum value to the organization
Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices / ceremonies, team values
Remove impediments and protect team members from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity.
Document business processes in software development lifecycle using Confluence, Bitbook etc.
Job requirements
