Working as a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact providing IT support to NZBS users around the country.
You will be supporting a range of different IT solutions which often are critical to business operations. Your focus will be ensuring that our solutions work day-
to-day. From time to time, you will also be involved in infrastructure improvement projects. Responsibilities would include : Supporting NZBS users for all their IT needs Supporting laboratory automation solutions which are PC-
based Supporting critical business applications and systems Supporting our fleet of PCs and thin clients Support for our Citrix environment Working to resolve recurring issues which arise in our IT environment Liaison with external partners technical specialists Maintaining system related documentation As the ideal candidate, you would bring to the role : Strong problem-
solving skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office365 and Skype for Business Strong verbal and written communication This role will report to a Senior Infrastructure Engineer.
