We see our immediate growth across ANZ, with a long-term view of going global. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Customer Service Representative in our Ecommerce t eam.
This position is Auckland based.

What you'll do :
Provide exceptional customer service for our customers through email , social and live chat
Process customer returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds
Monitor customer and share feedback through external platforms
Support the eCommerce team with product & pricing queries, and keeping our knowledge base updated
Help to improve and optimise the operations of the Customer Service team
Who you'll be :
Experience in a Contact Centre or a similar Customer Service role
High level of resilience - the ability to maintain a cool, calm approach when under pressure or handling difficult customer situations
A fast learner with excellent communication and customer service skills
B e able to identify our products and assist customers in the buying journey (training provided)
Excellent computer literacy skills
Have knowledge of Social Media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
Previous experience in an Ecommerce environment is desirable but not essential
