  • The role

    As a Senior Development Manager you will work within the Programme team in redeveloping, designing, consenting and delivering a major part of the Asset Management Strategy.

    This will include redevelopment projects ranging from $1m to over $100m, subdivisions to mixed-use developments and inner city apartments, to be undertaken either in house or across the country in partnership with private sector developers and other social housing providers.

    To be successful in this role you will :

  • be commercial and results focused with strong experience gained directly in a property development, building or consulting company
  • have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • have an understanding of the planning and consenting process
  • be able to demonstrate a high level of financial planning
  • have great relationship management skills, combined with the confidence and capability to creditably engage in the market to achieve successful outcomes
  • have a high level of negotiating skills and computer excellence are also necessary as is a property qualification at tertiary level.
