The focusof this role :

To assist inmaximising efficiencies of the department by providing excellent administrationsupport for the Trade Management Team, ensuring excellence in customer serviceis maintained.

The Scope of thisrole :

  • Support the tradeManagement team in managing optimum levels of stock on hand and ensure costsassociated with buying stock are reduced.
  • Support the tradeManagement team in running automatic orders as required for all suppliers.
  • Approve customerorders and place orders with suppliers as soon as possible.
  • Support the tradeManagement team in organisingstock transfers between RHHL stores to allow efficiencies in stock managementfor replenishment purpose to maximise stock on hand when required.
  • Liaisewith Trade Managers to gauge sales projections on any new lines.
  • Manageorder totals to reduce freight costs, report on-going issues to GM Trade.
  • Participatein a weekly gap scan to identify and resolve issues causing physical gaps onthe shelf. Analyse the results and ensure the store remains compliant.
  • Reportitem status changes on the Mitre 10 Data Integrity Bulletin Board.
  • Ensure accurateentry of data onto the systems utilising Pacsoft or other software systems thatthe Company utilises.
  • Meet allscheduled deadlines ensuring accurate diary keeping whether electronically ormanually.
  • Complete, provideand maintain management reports when requested by management.
  • Attend meetingsas and when requested.
  • Ensure compliancewith safety procedures and standards in accordance with company policies andlegislation.
  • Liaise with allparts of the business and be able to assist customers.
  • Our idealapplicant :

  • 1 3 years’ experience working in a similar position.
  • Superb Computer, Microsoft Office Suite (advancedlevel).
  • Proactive,approachable and professional with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail for data entry.
  • Demonstrateseffective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strongmulti-tasking ability
  • Ability to work onown initiative.
  • Proactiveand open to change
