An exciting and fulfilling full time permanent role based out in our Head Office in Ellerslie, reporting to thePeople & Performance Manager, you’ll provide HR and administrative supportto the People & Performance team in New Zealand.

This will includerecruitment, induction, ER, learning and development, culture and engagementand data reporting and trend analysis.

You will also be involved in projectwork from time to time.

To be successful in this role you will :

  • have1-2 years’ experience in generalist HR at a coordinator level,
  • goodtime management skills,
  • strongadministration and communication skills,
  • excellentattention to detail,
  • provenexperience taking initiative and action and
  • wouldwant to develop your expertise in the Human Resources field.
