Purpose of role : Taking direction from the Product Manager, bring to life the Marketing plans across the entire Blackmores Group Portfolio.
Manage promotional planning and facilitation for innovative product launches, activations, post campaign reviews and events.
Work closely with the respective Australian contacts as well as the NZ Regulatory Associate to generate marketing material.

degree brand communications plan for the full brand portfolio and ensure targeted goals and post campaign reviews are completed in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure all marketing material is regulatory compliant and consistent with brand look and feel for the NZ market.Work closely with the National Account Managers to provide assets as required, including mailer campaign elements, merchandising material and brand premiums within budget.
Support the Product Manager in developing, maintaining and leveraging key sponsorship relationships.Ensure the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline strategic goals are realised through timely and accurate new product set ups and performance reviews in conjunction with the Product Manager’s proposals.
Be the voice of the shopper and bring forward ideas from the market to harness trending opportunities.Contribute towards the generation and new ideas for product developmentWork with cross functional teams Regulatory, Technical Development, Naturopaths and other specialists to bring new products to life.
Work with the NPD and technical teams to ensure strategic intent is achieved by launching innovative products, formulations and packaging in line with Product Manager Portfolio strategyWho are you?
Tertiary educated in marketing or a natural science subject, you demonstrate previous marketing experience within the FMCG, Pharmacy or Healthcare industries.
Qualified naturopaths are also encouraged to apply.You demonstrate consumer marketing skills, an understanding of activations and New Product Development.
You are highly computer literate, especially across the MS Office Suite.With a relentless focus on the future and exercising a growth mindset, you are customer focussed, communicate effectively and follow procedures.
