    What we are looking for

    We need Administration Specialist to undertake village compliance, settlements and sales support and administration on a Permanent Part Time basis (30 hours per week).

    This role is the conduit between Heritage Lifecare and our external counsel so understanding the property sales processes would be a significant advantage.

    Working with our Village Managers & Coordinators to ensure our units are meeting sales requirements means you will need to be able to have conversations about refurbishments and fit outs, be able to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a busy but supportive environment.

    A significant element of the role is managing Occupation Rights Agreements, particularly on occupation and termination. Administration also includes managing internal and external reporting for the customer relations team and working with our finance department for payment of rate rebates, sales commission, resident billing and CAPEX reporting.

    There is flexibility in how you structure the 30 hours per week and this position is remunerated to recognise the level of experience and skills needed.
