Our client is a well-established, well known training institution inNew Zealand with three campuses spread across the Auckland region.

Theyspecialise in IT, Design, English and Business Studies.

We are looking for a Marketing professional, either an experiencedExecutive or Manager to step into a busy, successful role.

Role Purpose :

The Marketing Manager drives the daily and annual development,implementation and growth of marketing plans, strategies and branding Group.

This includes supervision and final overview over all branding, leadgeneration, communications, website development, content strategies and events.

You will be responsible for executing plans and strategies to generateleads and inquiries for the Recruitment Team.

Key responsibilities :

Developing and Implementing the MarketingStrategy

Developing and implementing, (in consultationwith the Director Marketing and Recruitment), the individual marketingstrategies, plans and budgets

Oversee the development and execution of allplanned marketing initiatives, campaigns and branding

Collect and analyse internal and external dataand research

Support in the organization and running of brandevents

Representation at events, expos, and makingpresentations

Project Management

Working with the Digital Marketing Specialist toplan and implement all digital campaigns, website management and developmentand online activity

Working with the Digital Marketing Specialistand Marketing assistant to plan and implement a solid content and brandingstrategy

Effective promotional strategy and engagementstrategy are developed

End to end execution of marketing projects andmeasurement and analysis of impact and outcomes

Execution of Search Engine Optimization on acontinuous basis

Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts

Creation and execution of SMS and Email basedmarketing campaigns

Continuous review and active management ofwebsite and other online assets

Manage the briefing and production of all DESIGNcollateral and visual resources

Knowledge, skills and abilityrequirements :

Excellent relationship management skills

In depth understanding of digital landscapes andsocial media

Sound business acumen and communication skills

Proficient keyboard skills and ability to use adatabase, MS Word and Excel

Excellent written and oral communication skillsin English

Excellent organizational and priority-settingskills

Ability to work collaboratively within a diverseteam of staff

Willingness to learn and desire to gain newskills

Able to maintain performance under pressure andmeet deadlines

Full driver’s license
