The new business will be here to help New Zealanders look after their financial well-being and sort their money needs, with an initial focus on motor vehicle lending.
Our new go to market team will be focussed on delivering exceptional experience and optimal outcomes to our customers to build on AA's trusted expertise in the vehicle ownership journey and current finance options.
The role : Working within the Credit team, you will be provide exceptional customer experiences with key initial customers during the loan process with AA Money.
You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of operational risk requirements as part of a small start-up team.

You will work within Delegated Authorities to make effective credit decisions, monitor operational risk, internal controls and key risk indicators and maintain high quality customer data.
To be successful you will need to have : Previous banking or finance company experienceCross functional experience in banking / finance that includes but is not limited to lendingUnderstanding of banking and financial industry principles and regulationsDemonstrated ability to understand customer wants and needs and to fulfill themPrevious customer service / sales experience (lending experience in a banking or finance company would be an asset but not required for the right customer focused individual)If this sounds like you, apply now!
