Salesforce Lead Business Analyst

We are investing in our Enterprise Salesforce platform and have an opportunity for passionate Salesforce experts to join us to implement the foundations to unlock the magic of the Salesforce platform.
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to help us bring this to life.
About your technical skills :
Previous Salesforce experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Experience in facilitating workshops with the relevant SME’s and business stakeholders
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a way that everyone understands
Experience with working in Agile
What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role :
To work with the relevant business SMEs to understand business requirements and outcomes, and work with Product Owner and Design Lead to create the features and prioritised backlog of work for the Salesforce platform, while also ensuring that it relates back to the Enterprise Salesforce solution.
Work with Salesforce Platform Engineers to ensure that the business outcome is understood
Mentor a team of Business Analysts to understand what outcomes the business requires and support the wider team to deliver these outcomes
Act as the point of escalation for Business Analysts to ensure issues are identified, addressed and avoided moving forward
Act as a Salesforce product expert and provide analysis, governance and leadership to delivery teams within the ART
