The primary purpose of
the Pizza Chfe / Chef de Partie is to support senior chefs and work to the highest standard. The CDP is a leader, trainer and mentor to the junior chefs and kitchen hands.
Key requirements for the role :
A minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen
Experience in Italian food, pizza and pasta making are a must!
Be responsible, hard-working and versatile in their abilities
Can be relied on to smash service every single time
An aim to expand on already strong cookery skills, as well as management skills
Support the Head Chef and / or Sous Chef or Senior Chefs
The ability to absorb skills needed to effectively lead a team of chefs, understand menu costings and development and run a kitchen efficiently and innovatively
