He angitūtanga About the roleOur Recruitment Advisors manage end to end recruitment supporting leaders with recruitment advertising, sourcing and best practice advice.
The role is fast paced and varied supporting Senior Recruitment Advisors and delivering recruitment support to hiring managers across operational, technical and corporate disciplines.
Day to day you will prepare recruitment advertising, candidate screening, interview preparation and candidate care. You'll connect with people all over Aotearoa and learn about our conservation mahi.
This is a people focussed role where you will be representing Te Papa Atawhai with internal and external candidates and working collaboratively with your colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure processes are efficient and enable great talent outcomes.

Experience managing end to end recruitment and providing a high level of candidate care would be ideal for this role. You will be able to hit the ground running and adept at balancing a varied and demanding workload, providing hands on support to your hiring managers and recruitment colleagues.
