Enliven is a provider of home based services across the Upper North Island.
We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our current After Hours Team, who are responsible for all non-clinical after-hours communication with support workers and clients.
ensuring rosters are successfully managed and support workers are appropriately allocated. This is a busy role and not for the faint-hearted, so you must enjoy the challenge of a high-pressured work environment.
You will have fixed shifts within the After Hours service, which will be Saturday & Sunday from 06.30am to 16.00pm based at Enliven Auckland (Onehunga).
You will be expected to occasionally cover Public Holidays day shifts and evening shifts for other After Hours team members when they take leave, so some flexibility is needed.
