About the Role :

The Services Regional Lead is a key leadership position where you will take ownership of the performance and development of designated Services Solutions Specialists in your area, overseeing the workflow and performance of the team and being ultimately responsible for reaching sales and service performance goals.

Your role will involve :

Driving sales and operational performance of the Services portfolio across our retail store network (Tech Solutions, Protection & Connected Solutions)

Owning both the In-Home & In-Store customer experiences

Managing, coaching and developing your team to embed a culture of performance that drives accountability to achieve annual objectives

Owning people & performance outcomes

Driving an engaged and performance driven culture by modelling the TWG Group values from the front

About You :

The team are dedicated specialists who will benefit from lead-by-example leadership and positive reinforcement; fit for this role is of upmost importance.
