Reporting to the Data Analytics and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of reporting and analytics focussed on the Digital Experience.
What you'll do : Build analytics subject matter expertise; contribute to cross functional initiatives.Own the development and provision for regular and ad-hoc analytical insights.
Build / Ideate dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools from disparate data sources eg : Snowflake, Google Analytics, Tealium, Customer data platformRun the end-to-end process of engaging with business and SMEs,You will bring the following skills, knowledge and experience to the role : At least 5 years industry experience in Digital / Customer Data & Analytics roles, SQL and Python or R.
At least 5 years data storytelling and visualisation expertise using Power BI; and building advanced analytics models, with an understanding of statistics and data engineering.
You will bring a passion for experimentation, thrive on analytics and have a good command of one or more of the leading customer and web analytics platforms to leverage user behaviour insights and identify customer pain points.
