Te Kaiurungi About the RoleThe Senior Remediation Manager is part of the CP&S Remediation centre of expertise that that focusses on making things right for when multiple customers are impacted by issues such as errors in pricing, disclosure, or compliance.

The Senior Remediation Manager will work in the part of the Remediation team that specialises in Insurance and Wealth products.

They will lead a small team to investigate potential issues and then own the delivery of a portfolio of remediation cases.

Successful delivery of a remediation involves determining the appropriate approach for each case, performing complex data analysis to identify impacted customers and extent of impact, and the execution of the remediation plan which includes customer communication and potential compensation payments.

You will work closely with Risk, Legal and Data partners to ensure success.As a senior leader within the Remediation team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the remediation approach, framework and guidelines.

Ō Pūkenga About YouWe're looking for a customer-centric individual who is highly analytical, organised and efficient and who has experience managing multiple large projects.

You should have a strong conduct and customer outcome mindset along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to Insurance products. Previous experience in an analytical role is highly preferred.
