As the Product Owner Productivity and Mobility you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategy and roadmap for modernizing the end to end user experience for productivity covering a wide range of key measures and targets.

This includes Device’s, Meeting Room, Productivity experience & Relationship Management with key partners, As the strategic lead for the Roadmap, planning you will define the experience and measures for success along the journey.

You would be instrumental in the transformation of user connectivity into our new Cloud offerings and responsible for maximising productivity with clear delivery outcomes.

Playing a pivotal role in our Digital Accelerator (DX) Program you will have influence in key decision making to deliver Vodafone into Its new Modern Workplace.

What are my key responsibilities?

  • Ensure that IT applications are available and perform to the business needs delivering to SLA targets and Technology OLA’s.
  • Act as conduit between business and Office IT technology
  • Responsible for putting in place a metric-driven culture focused on the IT Application performance, reliability, security, and cost of production environments
  • Stakeholder Management and Management oversight for IT Application Support and Maintenance
  • Working with the IT Operations Manager and other leadership teams across the business from an execution perspective
  • Driving the execution and planning for our Digital transformation of User experience into a new consolidated Cloud driven modern workplace
  • Define Project success metrics and market trends and competitor activity for Industry benchmarking
  • Proven track record delivering Minimum Viable Product making market data-based decisions
  • Provide direct governance of the Modern Workplace team; driving efficiencies and improved experiences to our personnel.
  • Defining, planning and coordinating the execution of disaster recovery and business continuity testing across critical platforms and systems
  • To ensure leadership is informed of all IT system capacity challenges and infrastructure needs
  • Leadership and day to day oversight across our various operations teams and vendors, helping to instil a culture of ownership, automation, re-use and efficiency
  • Own and manage the production environments including incident management, problem tracking, change management, service levels agreements, performance monitoring, capacity planning, vendor management
  • Building a Culture of Service Excellence by implementing best industry practices in the Office IT model.
  • What Will I Bring?

  • Ability to lead a high performing team, make decisions under pressure and communicate effectively.
  • Experience performing application delivery leveraging Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with migrating MS Exchange to O365
  • Experience with supporting / implementing mobile Email solutions
  • Strong communications skills with ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders customers, vendors, partners and other internal teams.
  • Inclined toward adapting the new AI / Machine learning-based tools and technology for improved service delivery and to optimize the operational cost
  • Experienced in leading Onshore / Offshore support models
  • Ability to transform complex technical topics into understandable concepts for business users and ability to communicate business requirements to a technical audience
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, leadership style of continuous improvement
