Director - Deputy Secretary Office (DSO) and Support - Te Puna Rangatōpū (Corporate)
Reporting to the Group Manager Te Puna Rangatōpū this key leadership role is responsible for ensuring resources are provided to support the Hautū and the wider Te Puna Rangatōpū group in order to deliver on their commitments and build a high performing work culture and environment.
This position is a member of the Business Improvement and Support Leadership Team.This role has a strong people leadership and business management focus, with key priorities including business planning, procurement, relationship management and communications across the wider group.
About youTo be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a management role as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
You will have a proven record for enhancing people and team performance. Your ability to work with senior leaders across a range of disciplines and experience working in a fast paced environment are also key to success in this role.
Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of the machinery of government and the public sector and the ability to understand and apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
