ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you flexible in your approach to gettingthe job done and have an excellent customer service focus along with great administration skills?

Then this could be just the role for you.

Our Meeting Coordinator provides secretarialand general administration support to our clinical teams during their meetings.

You will be responsible for coordinating the team meetingsand for providing relevant documentation before and after the meetings.

This role covers approximately 20 hours per week. For the remaining time you will be providing administration support in our Physiotherapy Department.

So there is lots of variety!

Do you have the followingexperience and skills

  • Experience in minute taking
  • Good word processing skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Officeapplications
